Your Dress Code and Etiquette

Dress Code

  • Members and visitors are asked to ensure that they conform to a good, neat and clean standard of dress both on and off the course.

  • The following must not be worn on the Golf Courses: Collarless/Sleeveless T-Shirts, Vests & Football tops.

  • Only tailored shorts/cargo shorts are acceptable for men. Denim Jeans, Beach or football shorts are not acceptable on the course.

  • Ladies sleeveless tops are permitted along with shorts and skorts.  All T-Shirts must have a collar.

  • Only golf shoes with soft spikes are acceptable on the golf course. Spiked shoes are not allowed at any time on the course or in the clubhouse.

  • Any member or guest who does not adhere to the above dress code may be asked to leave the Clubhouse or the Golf Course.

We ask all our members and visitors to work collectively with us in order to maintain the golf course to the highest standard. We therefore ask that you repair pitch marks, replace divots and smooth bunker prints whenever you play. Golf carts must be used carefully and safely, keeping to the cart paths and avoiding any damage to both the course and fellow golfers. Finally, all golfers are asked to play without delay, the key to a good pace of play is to keep up with the group in front and not just in front of the group behind.  A good pace of play is an important element in having a good experience at Nirwana Bali Golf Club.

Handicap Requirements
There is no handicap restriction however visiting golfers are expected to be members of recognized golf clubs and to hold a valid handicap.  The starter reserves the right to start groups on the teeing ground that is most suited to your ability.
